Here's What To Do:
1. Review all the FAQs, before booking.
2. Sign up for your Sitting and pay 50% Retainer.
3. Create your Client Portal via email, I will send you shortly.
4. Sign Contract and Chat with your photographer.
5. Experience your Holiday Session on your Appt date and time.
6. Select your 7 final images afterwards.
7. Digital Images delivered within 10-12 days.
8. Your Add-on Custom Holiday Cards and/or Prints will be delivered. Prints and Cards will be ordered but may take longer to arrive.
Here’s How It Works
Schedule your session in advance. Spots fill up quickly!
You get 15 or 45 mins for your Sitting
Date and times will be: Midday - November 2nd, November 29th, December 7th, December 13th, 2025.
The Sitting Fee: $290 (15 mins) or $340 (45 mins)
Pricing Includes: Portrait Sitting for up to 5 Subjects & 7 Retouched Digital Images
50% retainer to secure your booking. Full Balance due 7 days prior to Session.
Studio Location in Tulsa, OK.
15 minutes including sitting time and image selection. Up to 2 Additional Images are only available for purchase. 9 images are the max amount available for a mini session.
Luxurious Prints and Custom Holiday Card add-ons also available.
Final Images must be selected by you immediately after your session.
50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract/photo release is due upon booking. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your session.
*Sessions cannot be rescheduled but may be put towards a future session

I’m Heather! I'm so happy that you found me! I'm a Studio and Outdoor portrait photographer, curating portrait services for families and beauty portraits for women of all ages. I am a fine art photographer with two decades of experience behind the camera. My families come to me because they want beautiful photos and because they want to have fun and leave the stressing to me. Your experience will be organic and comfortable with fine attention to detail; whether you are looking for an elegant or a down-to-earth portrait session. I want you to not only remember your holidays, but to feel something with each photo!

Can I bring extended family?
Minis are designed for immediate family only (max of 5). If you’d like to include grandparents, cousins, or large groups, I recommend booking a full session.
Do you provide styling guidance?
Yes, I will send you more information via email.
What is the turnaround time for receiving photos?
Typically, mini session clients receive their digital images within 10-12 days.
Can I book Sessions outside of these dates?
Absolutely! We can accommodate full photography sessions all season but keep in mind, the printers' deadlines begin November 4th this year.
Can I order additional images outside of the 7 included?
The short answer is, yes. The long answer is, if you want more than 2 additional digital images, then you'll want to book a full photography session.
Which payment methods do you take?
These Mini Session Retainer Payments are offered through Stripe. If you need an alternative method, reach out and I will send you a manual invoice to pay via debit/credit card processed by Square.
